good news/bad news

good news first--i finished the scarf! bad news is i forgot to take a picture of it before i boxed it up. i'm going to ask lynne to take a pic when she gets it, then i'll have a pic for the record. i hope she enjoys it.

today i am going to finish christmas cards, then cast on for some socks...i have some opal in several different patterns that has been calling my name. i am also considering ripping out my must have cardi and starting over in the larger size. and, i got the new interweave knits and knitsimple by vogue which i had never seen before. so i'll cozy up and see what's cute in them. that about covers it. i'll have pics of my progress tomorrow.
